What data is collected
The contact form on this site collects the data you provide voluntarily: your name, your email address and the content of the message you write.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. The analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) use no cookies and do not identify the people who visit.
What it is used for
Form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote or schedule a call. It is not used to send unsolicited marketing and it is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you fill in and send the form, and on the legitimate interest of answering enquiries addressed specifically to this contact.
Who it is shared with
- Resend (email delivery provider): delivers the form message to Gerardo's inbox. It is not used for anything else.
- Vercel (hosting): hosts the site and processes the requests needed for it to work.
No form data is sold or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
How long it is kept
Emails received through the form are kept for as long as the resulting conversation lasts and, at most, for as long as is needed to meet a legal obligation, should there be one.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of the processing of your data at any time, and you can object to it, by writing to gerargp16@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to the applicable regulations.
