Four ways to work together

Put what you already have in order, build what you’re missing, and grow what you sell. Prices are indicative and the monthly retainer is optional; we settle them after we talk.

Process automation

I take a process that currently lives in email threads, spreadsheets and someone's memory, and turn it into a process that holds itself up: forms, approvals, notifications and an audit trail. You can keep it documented and run it yourself, or take the monthly retainer and I stay responsible for it. The retainer is optional.

  • A map of the process as it is today, with its breaking points
  • Built inside your own environment, with no new licences where that can be avoided
  • Documentation and a rollback plan for every change
  • Maintenance, incidents and adjustments included, if you take the retainer

Web development

Company sites, landing pages and internal tools built with Next.js and Tailwind. Real code, deployed to your own account, with no dependence on a page builder that raises its price every year or a template that looks like a hundred others.

  • Custom design and build, not a template
  • Performance and accessibility handled from day one
  • Analytics and conversion tracking configured
  • A content editor when you need one, so you publish without touching code

Consulting and growth

Two questions that are really one: where does the time go inside, and where does the margin go outside? I look at the whole funnel — acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase — and at the operation holding it up, and leave with a prioritised plan: what to fix, in what order, and what each item is worth. It’s the usual starting point for businesses selling online that want to scale without breaking internally.

  • Funnel diagnosis: acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and real margin per order
  • A scaling plan for ecommerce: product, store, campaigns and post-purchase
  • An audit of the operation: processes, permissions and what rests on a single person
  • A phased plan with effort and priority, and a closing session to turn it into decisions

All prices exclude tax and are a starting point, not a fixed rate: the real quote comes from looking at your case.

Before you hire anyone

See the deliverable before you pay for it

The diagnosis ends in a report: the current process step by step, where it breaks and what each break costs, what gets automated and what doesn't, the phased proposal with prices and timings, and the rollback plan. This example is built on an invented company so it can be shown in full.

Maintenance

What happens the day it breaks

A workflow handed over and abandoned breaks within six months: a permission changes, someone leaves, Microsoft updates a connector. The retainer doesn’t pay for the workflow to exist —you already paid for that— it pays for it to keep working, and for someone to call when it doesn’t.

Maintenance

One process

€250/month

  • Monthly review of the workflow: if it fails, I find out before you do
  • An incident that stops the process: same working day response
  • 3 hours a month of small changes, no fresh quote
  • One report a month: what happened and what to keep an eye on

Extended maintenance

Up to four processes

€490/month

  • Everything above, across all your workflows
  • Critical incident: response within 4 working hours
  • 8 hours a month of changes included
  • Quarterly review of the whole set, priorities in writing

What isn’t included

A new process, a new integration or a migration. Those are quoted separately and you know before they start — never on next month’s invoice.

How you leave

Thirty days’ notice. The workflow stays with you, documented and in your account, exactly as on day one. There’s no lock-in because I don’t need one: if the service isn’t worth the retainer, you shouldn’t be paying it.

What you keep, whatever happens

Four things that don't depend on trusting me

01

The code and the flows are yours

Built in your environment, on your licences. If we stop working together tomorrow, I take nothing with me: you already have it all.

02

Documented with real names

Not “the orders list” but its exact identifier. That's what lets someone else pick up after me without starting over.

03

A written rollback plan

Before production is touched. If a change goes wrong, reverting costs minutes and the how is already written.

04

Price agreed before starting

By phase, with what's in and what isn't. No “that wasn't budgeted” halfway through.

I'd rather say it now than charge you for finding out.

When I'm not your person

  • If you're after the cheapest quote: I'm not it, and there are people who'll do it for less.
  • If you need five people at once: I'm one, and I don't subcontract to anyone you haven't met.
  • If the real problem is that nobody decides who does what: no tool fixes that, and automating it makes it worse.
  • If you want someone who agrees with everything: I'll push back on at least one thing in the first call.

Frequently asked

What people ask before hiring

How much does it cost to automate a business process?

A complete internal workflow — form, approval, notifications and traceability — starts at €1,500 to implement. The €250 monthly retainer is optional: you take it only if you want us to stay responsible for the process. The price depends on the number of steps, how many people are involved and the state of what already exists. If you only want to know what's worth fixing, the diagnosis starts at €450 and is deducted if we work together afterwards.

Do I need to buy new tools?

Almost never. Most companies already pay for Microsoft 365, which includes Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint — that's where the workflow is built. When a process doesn't fit there, we use self-hosted n8n. A new licence is only proposed when there's no way around it, and it's said before we start.

Is the monthly retainer compulsory?

No. Some services never carry one — a website, a diagnosis, a store — and on automation it's optional: you can keep the workflow documented and run it yourself. What we will say is why it exists: a flow that's delivered and then abandoned breaks within six months, because a permission changes, someone leaves, or Microsoft updates a connector. With the retainer, the workflow has someone watching it, incidents have someone to call, and small changes go in without a new quote. Without it, it's still yours from day one.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. The work is remote and already includes mainland Spanish companies and Hispanic businesses in the United States. Meetings run on Canary Islands time (GMT+0 / GMT+1), which overlaps with both Spain and the US East Coast.

What if the process is only half documented, or not documented at all?

That's the normal case and it's part of the job. The first step is always mapping the real process — not the one in the manual — with its breaking points, and documenting it with the actual identifier of every element. You keep that documentation even if you automate nothing afterwards.

Can a change be rolled back if it goes wrong?

Yes, and it's a starting condition. Every change is tested in an isolated environment before touching production and is delivered with its rollback plan. Reverting has to cost minutes, not an afternoon.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the diagnosis. It's cheap, and it saves you automating something that didn't need it.
