What I fix, with the price agreed first
Site won't load or shows an error
Blank screen, "Error 500", "Error establishing a database connection" or "This site can't be reached". It's usually hosting, a failed update or a broken plugin. I find it and get it working.
Expired domain or hosting
If the site vanished overnight, the domain or hosting most likely didn't renew. I help you recover it in your name and set auto-renewal so it doesn't happen again.
"Not secure" warning
A broken padlock scares customers and Google ranks you lower. I install or renew the SSL certificate, force https and check nothing mixed is left behind.
WordPress broken after an update
A theme or plugin updated and took everything down. I roll back to the last working version, update what needs updating and leave a backup.
Hacked site or malware
Strange redirects, text in other languages or Google warnings. I clean the code, change access, close the door they came in through and ask Google to lift the warning.
Slow or broken on phones
Most customers search from their phone. If it's slow or looks wrong, they go elsewhere. I make it fast and readable on any screen.
Contact form or WhatsApp not arriving
Messages lost without anyone noticing. I test every button, fix delivery and add an alert so it never fails silently again.
Not showing on Google
A site nobody finds doesn't sell. I make sure Google can read it, that your city and services are clearly written, and connect it to your Google profile.
Why you don't pay until it works
Because it's the only honest way to do it when we don't know each other. You have no reason to trust someone who emailed you; I can prove I can fix it. You get a fixed price before I start, I fix the site, you see it working on your phone and computer, and then you pay.
The price doesn't change halfway. If something turns up that wasn't in the diagnosis, I tell you before touching it and you decide.
Whatever it was built with
I work with sites built on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify and hand-written HTML. On closed platforms like Wix or Squarespace I use a collaborator login on your account: you keep ownership of everything and remove my access when we're done.
If after checking it I see it can't be reasonably fixed —because the platform won't allow it or rebuilding is cheaper— I'll tell you plainly, with the price of each option, and the check is free.

How much does it cost to fix a website?
Most rescues cost between $150 and $350, with a fixed price agreed before I start. It depends on what broke: a certificate or domain is quick; a hacked site takes more work. The check is free.
How long does it take?
You'll know what's wrong the same day you write. Most fixes are done in one or two days; if a domain must be recovered or a hack cleaned, you get a date before I start.
What if it can't be fixed?
I'll tell you plainly and charge nothing. If rebuilding makes more sense, you get a price for a new site (from $900) to compare, no strings attached.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
Ideally you give me collaborator access from your hosting or platform account, without sharing your main password. I'll walk you through it and you remove my access when we're done.
Do you fix Wix, GoDaddy or Shopify sites?
Yes. WordPress, Squarespace and plain HTML too. I work inside your account, so everything stays yours.
Can we talk in Spanish?
Yes, English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. If your customers speak both, I can leave the site bilingual.
Who maintains it afterwards?
If you'd rather forget about it, maintenance is $59–$99 a month: hosting, backups, 24/7 monitoring and small changes included. No contract.
