Context
- It doubles as a testing ground: what I learn here with my own money is what I later apply in client accounts.
The problem
- The hard part of e-commerce isn't building the store, it's picking the product and surviving the cost of acquisition.
What I did
- Niche selection against explicit criteria, with the discarded options reasoned out.
- Product research and validation supported by the agent system.
- Storefront on Shopify, with measurement configured before the first euro is spent.
- A creative and testing plan for Meta Ads.
Result
- A repeatable, documented validation method that transfers to client accounts.
